Galloo organised eight team-building days over a period of four months.

Every year, Galloo organises an event for its employees. The main aim is to strengthen the group and thank colleagues for their daily commitment . Over a period of four months, eight half-day sessions were organised for the various clusters within the group.

After a joint lunch, the QESH departments organised a quiz on workplace safety: a great opportunity to refresh some safety rules. Not only does it increase awareness of hazards in the workplace, it is also a moment to congratulate the branches on a significant number of accident-free days. All of this took place in a playful way and in a pleasant atmosphere!

Next, it was time for creativity and communication! Moodmaker, the events agency, joined Galloo at eight different locations to supervise the teambuilding activities. The aim was to build the largest chain reaction together using all sorts of accessories! Toys, cassette tapes, wooden structures, kitchen utensils, electronic components… Everything was available so the participants could let their imagination run wild, and they did so with great enthusiasm!

The afternoon ended in a convivial manner with some snacks and drinks, before everyone could start their weekend in a relaxed mood. All editions were hugely successful!
