We continuously invest in plastic waste recycling and sorting techniques to improve the purity and quality of our grades, resulting in plastics that meet our customersā requirements.
Our quality control procedures ensure that materials are validated before arrival to our site and that there is process and product quality control during the whole transformation chain. Each production batch only leaves our site with a Certificate of Analysis , proving its compliance with defined material properties.
Our process
Sorting
- preconcentration : extracting the thermoplastic materials to guarantee the elimination of pollutants (metals, rubber, wood)
- washing & sorting : all thermoplastics are washed and separated into polyolefins and styrencis. We can separate 4 different types of plastics: PP, PE, PS, ABS but also talc-filled PP
Customised plastic formulations
Compounding and customisation
This proces involves homogenizing the sorted flakes into compounds and adding plastic additives to enhance their mechanical properties. We are able to produce granules that meet the specific needs of our customers.
Quality control
Our laboratories are equipped to validate each production lot (10 tons) with the required speciļ¬cations to maintain the highest quality standards.
